I can not say enough wonderful things about our new home! I want to say that Karen C. is amazing, her kindness and stellar ... customer service have made the rental process a breeze. Even after our move-in she kept in touch via email and phone to make sure everything was as it should be. And even when there was a simple fix with the dishwasher, I told her in the morning, and literally by the time I made it home for lunch, maintenance (who is the kindest soul) had it fixed! At the time of this writing Phase 1 is under construction, but even with that site workers are respectful and I often hear them cleaning debris from around the work site. If you are looking for an upscale modern home, that includes stainless steel appliances, soft-close kitchen drawers (IYKYK), and amenities you want to enjoy let me tell you now the Gantry is where you want to live!
